After you installed Lighthouse for MAX 10, you can run the program and start designing your labels. When you run Lighthouse for MAX 10 for the first time, an activation window opens with two options:
Use Trial. You can design and print labels with no limitations for up to 30 days. After 30 days you won't be able to use the program without an activated license anymore.
Activate license. When you have purchased your Lighthouse for MAX 10 license, you can activate your license key.
Your license grants you the right to use one instance of Lighthouse for MAX 10 on a single computer. You use an unlimited number of printers on the computer with the activated license. Each computer must be activated with its own unique license key.
To activate your license:
Run Lighthouse for MAX 10. The activation window opens.

Click Activate.

A new window opens. Enter your license key, your name, and your company.
A license key is a 25-digit key you received after purchasing the software.

Click Activate.
Your license is now activated and you can use Lighthouse for MAX 10 with no limitations.
Note
If you want to move your license to another computer, first deactivate the license on your current computer.
On your current computer run 10 for MAX Lighthouse.
Go to File > About.

Copy your license key to clipboard or text document, then click Deactivate your license.

Make sure you saved all your files, then click Deactivate.
Your license is now deactivated. You can activate the license on another computer.
